My basic approach is to listen closely for what feels most authentic in our exchanges, drawing on training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Most importantly, I believe healing happens in the context of a trusted human relationship.

Sometimes medications can be helpful or even life-saving. If appropriate, we will find a regimen that works for you, whether that means evidence-based supplements or traditional psychiatric medications.

Ketamine-assisted therapy
After medical evaluation and in the context of careful preparation and support, low to moderate doses of ketamine can help in some cases to deepen the process of psychotherapeutic change.
Fees and Insurance: I charge a fixed fee per session and do not work directly with insurance companies. For some patients with financial need, I offer a sliding scale. I'll provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, and many of my patients receive out-of-network benefits to reimburse a portion of the cost.
